ARE YOU USING GMAIL?

  It happens quite often for Gmail users, that emails land in folders other than the main inbox. 

You can avoid this by doing the following:

1. Open your gmail account, and select an email from me.
You might have to check your spam, promotions or updates folder for this.

2. Drag the email over to your main inbox.

3. Confirm the pop up when it asks if  this should be automated.

4. Open the email and click on the arrow next to the “reply” button.

5. Click “add email address to contacts list”
