Guided Meditation with Affirmations for Self Love, Health and Abundance plus Healing Code
This guided meditation is one that I have practised myself as well. It consists of two parts:
The first part starts with a series of affirmations.
These are about self-love, health, abundance and prosperity. If a statement doesn’t resonate with you, simply rephrase it so that it feels good to you. It is important to word each affirmation in the present tense. So instead of, ‘I will manage to do xy’ or ‘I will be this and that’, use: ‘I do xy’, ‘I am this and that’. My trick for things that I can’t yet imagine is to say ‘I do xy more and more’, ‘I am more and more this and that’.
In the second part of this guided meditation we go through three rounds of the “Healing Code”.
This is an energetic method for tracking down and transforming stressful issues. You choose an issue that you would like to change, be it a negative memory, a disturbing feeling or a physical symptom, and then ask your inner self / the universe / a higher power to solve it with a positive intention.
This serves to first focus you and then let go, to hand the whole thing over. Next, we go through a series of simple hand movements which activate certain areas in your brain.
At the end, compare how you feel about your issue now – is it as strong as before, or weaker? If the issue is not completely gone and you want to weaken it further, you can repeat the exercise as often as you like – there is no “overdose” here.
The advantage of the Healing Code is that you can do it pretty much anytime and anywhere on your own. You don’t need any additional resources, books or anything else, you can just help yourself.
