Crackers with an extra punch of green nutrients and delicious lemon tartness!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
1 cup coconut meat
1/4 cup almond flour
1/8 cup flax, ground
8 dates
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon of spirulina
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Preparation:
Blend everything except sesame and hemp, spread on a dehydrator teflex sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds and hemp.
Dehydrate at 45 degrees for 10 hours, then flip over and remove the foil.
Cut into squares and dehydrate for another 4-5 hours.
Notes:
C = cup, 240 ml
1/2 C = half a cup, 120 ml or / TBSP
1/4 C = quarter of a cup, 60 ml or 4 TBSP
TBSP = table spoon, 15 ml or 3 tsp
tsp = tea spoon, 5 ml
“soft dates” = medjool are usually best. If necessary, soak briefly and drain. The soaking water is super sweet by the way!
