Basic raw vegan bread, gluten free

Ingredients:

2 C nut flour (e.g. the remainders from making almond milk), still moist
1⁄2 C flax seed, ground
1/2 tsp herbal salt
1⁄2 C olive oil1⁄2 C fresh herbs (parsley, chives, basil, coriander, rosemary, thyme, etc)

 

Preparation:

Carefully mix all ingredients and spread onto a dehydrator sheet.

Use a blunt knife to cut into desired shapes.

Dehydrate at 42 degrees, until the bread is solid, but still pliable.

For crackers, spread the mixture thinner and dehydrate longer.
