Blueberry Muesli

A super quick and absolutely delicious breakfast idea for anyone who loves crunchy sunshine granola with juicy blueberries – me!


3 TBSP Chia seeds, soaked for 30 minutes
1-2 TBSP flax seed, soaked over night
3 TBSP raw oats
2 TBSP soaked and dehydrated buckwheaties
1/2 C blueberries (frozen ones are ok too)
1 C almond milk


Arrange all ingredients in a bowl, pour almond milk on top.
Add chopped apple or banana if you wish.

You know you want it!
