The best raw vegan Omega 3 and Protein Snack ever: Zucchini-Garlic-Flax-Chia-Hemp-Crackers!

This recipe is amazing! Rich in fiber and fantastic to balance your Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, to load up on protein and amino acids as well as B-vitamins, copper, manganese, phosphorus, and magnesium (see attached nutrition data sheets).

You can either make small crackers or larger wraps or cones to fill with delicious salads!

RECIPE FOR OMEGA 3 PROTEIN CRACKERS

Makes 12 wraps or 48 crackers.

Ingredients: 

500g Zucchini, chopped
100g Flax seeds (1/2 cup)
100g Chia seeds (1/2 cup)
80g Hemp Hearts (1/2 cup)
3 cloves of garlic
2 TBSP EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1 TBSP Nama Shoyu OR Tamari OR Coconut Aminos

Preparation: 

Blend, spread over 2 Excalibur dehydrator trays with flex sheets.
Set temperature to 42 degrees.
Flip over after 2 hours or once solid enough.
Cut into desired shapes with blunt knife or scissors.
Dehydrate for another 8-10 hours or until dry.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
