RECIPE FOR A CLEANSING DETOX SMOOTHIE
2 cups kale or any other greens you have available
1 lemon, juiced
1 lime, juiced
1 sprig celery
1 cup water or – even better – water of 1 young coconut
2 cm ginger
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
