Beetred Liver Detox Elixir & Raw Borscht Soup

The juice presented here is a great detoxifier:

 

BEETROOT:

Supports the liver in regeneration, helps clear fatty deposits from alcohol consumption and is used in prevention of cancer.

Beets act anti-inflammatory and as antioxidants, they contain calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, provitamin A, vitamin C, small amount of B-complex vitamins and sulfur in betanin complex.

 

CARROTS:

Blood cleansing, alkalizing, protecting against free radical cell damage & help flush your liver of accumulated toxic waste.
Carrots are also said to improve your vision and skin, they are a top source of pro-vitamin A, beta-carotene and alpha-carotene (converted to vitamin A by the liver & stored.

Levels will be low with liver diseases such as cirrhosis), vitamin C, vitamin K and various B vitamins, potassium, calcium, magnesium and trace minerals like molybdenum and copper (if grown in rich soil).

 

APPLES:

Great general detoxifier, rich in pectin – a type of fiber which binds toxins in the intestinal tract so they can be safely eliminated before the liver has to deal with them.

Regular consumption of apples thus reduces the liver’s workload and improve your overall health as the liver therefore has more capacity for other things such as cleaning out old sins deposited in cells throughout your body.

 

FRESH LEMON JUICE:

Antioxidant, prevents juice oxidation, boosts the immune system, helps with infections, helps form collagen (hello youthful skin, strong muscles and blood vessels), prevents kidney stones (citrate), improves transmissions in nervous system (potassium).

Last but not least, lemons can provide relief with constipation, reduce high blood pressure, improve cataracts, assist healing common colds, mouth ulcers, respiratory disorders, obesity, and improve hair quality.

Best: 2 cups warm water with juice of 1 fresh lemon every morning on empty stomach.

Lemons are rich in vitamin C, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin E, retinol, folate and folic acid. production of digestive juices in the stomach.

 

CELERY:

  • Solche Schraubgläser gibt es hier im Supermarkt, meist haben “Gourmet”Marken schönere Verpackung, zb Essiggurken, Marmelade, Suppen… Wenn Du nur Rohkost isst, kannst Du sowas auch immer wieder bei Freunden abstauben, oder ihnen was schenken und sie bitten Dir das Glas zurückzugeben.

  • Genial! Nen Entsafter kann ich mir im Moment nicht leisten, das ist ne Zwischenlösung! 😀 Rote Rübe = Rote Beete? Wusste ich gar nicht!

  • Ha cool, dass du zeigst, dass man nicht immer einen teuren Entsafter braucht, um zu entsaften halt 😉 Ich verwende dafür auch etwas, das ähnlich aussieht, wie dein nur milk bag oder was auch immer: ich habe dafür ein Wäschenetz von Tchibo genommen 😛 Funktioniert super! ABER: sag bitte nicht, dass der russische Borschtsch aus DIESEN Zutaten besteht!!! *schüttel* Und da kommt auch nicht ein Hauch Fisch hinein :)))) Wer hat dir bloß so einen Quatsch erzählt? Wenn du aber das Originalrezept brauchst, meld dich ruhig 😉

  • Super Video! Ich hab schon länger gedacht, das müsste ja gehen. Ich hab
    einen Omniblend und noch ein Gerät mehr passt einfach nicht in unsere
    Küche…
    BTW: super Liedauswahl! Ich denk als Steirerin natürlich an die STS Version
    davon 😉

  • Und was ist mit dem Stangensellerie? Irgendwie ist der doch in diesem Video
    gar nicht zum “Einsatz” gekommen. Oder hab ich da was übersehen?
