It consists of two parts: The first part starts with a series of affirmations. These are about self-love, health, abundance and prosperity. If a statement doesn't resonate with you, simply rephrase it so that it feels good to you. It is important to word each affirmation in the present tense. So instead of, 'I will manage to do xy' or 'I will be this and that', use: 'I do xy', 'I am this and that'.
