The beginner green smoothie: the perfect smoothie children and people who have never tried green smoothies. It needs to be sweet and mild, and taste fantastic!
Some strong flavoured greens: kale, dandelions, rocket
Some mild greens: lettuce, spinach, sunflower sprouts, sorrel
1.5 C water
2 handfuls or 2 Cups mild greens
3 bananas
1/2 Papaya
1 apple, de-stemmed
1. Blend it.
2. Most important: Taste it before serving. If it does not taste right, add more fruit. If it is too thick, add a bit more water.
3. Decorate it. Presentation is everything. You could use slices fo kiwi, orange and dragon fruit like in the video or any other colourful fruit.
