Celery juice – are you into it (yet)? This reportedly extremely healthy beverage has gained popularity in recent years, so I decided to incorporate this green elixir into my morning routine. I personally felt calm and clear, but did not notice a giant shift – however I also didn’t start it from a place of sickness or extreme misery. So let’s dive, and explore the effects of drinking celery juice and its potential benefits for your health.
The Power of Celery Juice:
Drinking 500ml of pure, freshly pressed celery juice every morning on an empty stomach has been reported to have transformative effects on digestion and overall well-being. It it said to act as a purifier, flushing out toxins, reducing bloating, and even improving skin health. Here are some of the key benefits:
- Digestive Aid: Celery juice can help improve your digestion and facilitate the absorption of nutrients.

However, it’s important to keep in mind that the results may vary depending on various factors. After all, it didn’t take just a moment to get everything into your body, be it weight gain or toxins etc., so persistence is key when it comes to reclaiming your health. When I was much less healthy than today, and had urticaria (skin rash) every few weeks, I eventually went on a 5 week juice feast, did yoga, also “detoxed” up my personal connections and continued eating clean thereafter.
