Ingredients for this Green Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
3-4 (frozen) strawberries
3-4 ice cubes
2 cups leafy greens (1 large handful)
1-2 TBSP cacao nibs or 1 TBSP raw cacao powder
How to make this Green Smoothie:
Blend, enjoy – or store sealed & refrigerated for up to 24 hours, ready to be taken to work / uni /adventures when you’re out early and usually wouldn’t have time to prep anything decent
Notes:
C = cup, 240 ml
1/2 C = half a cup, 120 ml or / TBSP
1/4 C = quarter of a cup, 60 ml or 4 TBSP
TBSP = table spoon, 15 ml or 3 tsp
tsp = tea spoon, 5 ml
“soft dates” = medjool are usually best. If necessary, soak briefly and drain. The soaking water is super sweet by the way!
