Guided Meditation with Affirmations for Self Love, Health and Abundance plus Healing Code

Meine geführte Meditation mit Affirmationen, Glaubenssätzen und Healing Code
Guided Meditation with Affirmations for Self Love, Health and Abundance plus Healing Code This guided meditation is one that I have practised myself as well. It consists of two parts: The first part starts with a series of affirmations. These are about self-love, health, abundance and prosperity. If a statement doesn't resonate with you, simply rephrase it so that it feels good to you. It is important to word each affirmation in the present tense. So instead of, 'I will manage to do xy' or 'I will be this and that', use: 'I do xy', 'I am this and that'. My trick for things that I can't yet imagine is to say 'I do xy more and more', 'I am more and more this and...

Easy to make, plus you can use up all your leftover veggies. You could even use them for a sneaky DIY dinner invitation: it looks super fancy, everyone gets to eat what they like, and you have nothing more to do than blend up the sauce and chop some...

No coffee, no life? My dear coffee lovers, if you can't live without coffee but also can't handle the caffeine that makes you jittery and nervous, then try a mushroom latte - yep, with mushrooms, specifically with medicinal mushrooms that provide you with plenty of nutrients, revitalize you, keep you focused and awake, but at the same time without crashing, calm and relaxed. I've only ever enjoyed coffee in cakes, chocolates or as ice cream - but with this mix, things are different. I love this type of latte, warm and frothy, over ice, in cookie recipes, and anywhere else coffee is used, even in Tiramisu it tastes great and is perfect for those who want to avoid coffee or caffeine. Recipe: Layered Mango Chia Pudding

Recipe Mango Chia Breakfast Pudding
Mango Chia Pudding is delicious, refreshing and satisfying, full of nutrients and flavour - perfect for breakfast or as a luscious, light dessert. It is layered with chia pudding, coconut milk and mango, creamy and fruity at once. Summer season aka MANGO season is coming up here in Australia, but if you cannot get your hands on fresh mango, have a look if your local stores have frozen mangoes, otherwise you can of course use any other fruit that's currently in season where you are (or any other frozen fruit as well). Instead of coconut milk, you can also use any other plant based milk, such as almond milk, oat milk or rice milk. Just remember to dilute extra thick coconut cream or anything alike...

Recipe: How to make Raw Vegan Ice Cream

How to make raw vegan ice cream
Why Raw Vegan Ice Cream? In my house, ice cream is timeless – it works for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all year round. As a kid, I actually begged my mum’s friends to buy me ice cream because I loved it so much, and the only holiday photos with a me smiling were the ones where I also had a huge bowl of ice cream in front of me. Raw vegan Gelato, Sorbets, Ice Cream Shakes, Popsicles and Sundaes are nothing like the regular ice creams you’d find at the shops though. They are free of dairy, white sugar, food colourings or additives and therefore actually good for you! So ever since I first tried raw vegan ice cream, the question for me has rather been...

Many brands also contain way more sugar than necessary, so here is a recipe on how to make probiotic coconut yogurt at home. By the way, probiotics are your gut's best friend - - your digestion gets supported, and even your immune system will benefit from having "good bacteria". Especially if you are sick or feeling like something's coming on, or when you are on antibiotics - make sure to have some probiotics as well, either in a yogurt like this one, fermented foods such as Kimchi or Sauerkraut, or as a supplement. Not a fan of coconut? Try this almond yogurt recipe! RECIPE: PROBIOTIC COCONUT YOGURT...

Stored like...

Recently I was challenged to prepare a raw food recipe with the top 5 ingredients suggested by readers. And these are the results - the winners are: Apple, carrot, spinach, capsicum and avocado. Recipe: Cardamom Vanilla Pudding with Chia

You may have seen chia seeds in the supermarket already - they are available in black and white, and some call them little dinosaur eggs because they kinda look like that. The truth couldn't be further though - chia seeds derive from the chia plant and are rich in omega 3 amino acids - perfect if you are eating vegetarian or vegan. Chia seeds are also incredibly helpful when preparing plant based cremes, custards or puddings ( -  they absorb liquids just like flax seeds and turn everything into jelly. This is also the reason why recipes with chia seeds will keep you full longer, and this is why I love chia puddings and everything chia!   This cardamom vanilla pudding tastes sensational, but you can...

HiiT is the Shi.. – Why I love interval training!

My favorite exercise when I have little time is HiiT - High Intensity Interval Training.  Actually, it is my favorite way of exercise of all time. I have even done a session at waiting for boarding at an airport once!     WHY I LOVE HIIT WORKOUTS No gear: You can do it without any equipment, all you need is an interval timer which you can download onto your smart phone. Oh and water. If done right, you will be a puddle afterwards :) No time: The training is over and done with in 15-20 minutes, at that includes stretching afterwards! No BS: If you give it your all, as you always should, interval training is 3x more efficient than plain old jogging. No Skills:...

Soak + Relax: Detox-Bath

If you are amongst the lucky ones who can call a bath tub their own, then you hopefully enjoy soaking in it every now and then. Super relaxing, warming, and lets you sleep like a log afterwards.  Instead of bubble baths though, I prefer to use my own detox bath blend, with sea salt and bicarb soda. Both detox and neutralize your body, and the warmth relaxes your muscles. A detox bath can also soothe itchy skin, help clean and renew your skin, improve its' appearance and soften it (more details below the recipe).  Sometimes I also add essential oils. All in all a whole bunch of positive effects in addition to the feel good factor, and better value for money than store-bought bath salts as...

Listen to your heart – here is why

What do you listen to more - your heart or your thoughts? are you a super rational person, or do you let yourself be guided by your intuition? Your heart beats 108.000 times a day - one hundred and eight thousand! With an average of 70 beats per minute, times 60 times 24 it really adds up to this incredible number, daily. For the longest time, Western medicine believed the heart to be nothing more but a muscle which pumps blood through your body, providing it with oxygen. Then studies and research discovered, that statements like "having a broken heart" or "my heart is overflowing with joy" have more to it than initially thought. 40.000 afferent neurones are located in your heart - the so-called...

How to outsmart supermarkets’ manipulations that influence your shopping choices

70% of all shopping decisions you make are not rational but emotional choices, coming from a gut feeling. This article is about such strategies in order for you to not fall into those traps again next time you do your groceries – and how to shop smarter instead!

11 Things you did not know about me

1. I have lived on 4 continents. First I was in Europe, then Australia, then I spent close to one year in Asia, thereafter 3 years in America. In Canada, to be exact. 2. I do not have a car. Though I got my license when I was 18 (even for motorcycles), it was just not necessary to have a car in Vienna – at least for me. I did have to buy a car when I first lived in Australia and public transport was not operating during my office hours plus I lived 95 km from my work place. Once I went overseas again, I also sold the car and was getting around on foot, bicycle or car shares. In 2018, I finally got…

What do you actually eat on a raw vegan diet?

Since people keep asking me what I usually eat, here is a standard day. What I eat on a raw food diet on a daily basis: After waking: hot water with fresh lemon juice Mid-Morning: Green Smoothie Afternoon: Salad or crackers with dip Later: Fruit if I feel like it My Raw Food Dinner: Soup or again some salad or crackers with dip or some spiralized spaghetti or whatever comes to my mind. And a sweet treat here and there. NB. My food is not always completely, but most of the time.
